Supporting Bouygues in their winning Bid for Manhattan Loft Garden’s striking Stratford tower

Bouygues has been appointed preferred contractor on a Manhattan Loft Garden’s Striking 42-storey tower in Stratford, east London.

This success follows a string of winning bid that we've been involved with as our experience in the construction sector has gone from strength to strength.

Working closely with Bouygues we produced detailed 4D construction and logistics animations demonstrating Bouygues proposed build methodology, as well as an intro film powerfully showcasing their bids key messages.

Working closely with Bouygues we created a bespoke iPad app packaging up their bid submission into a cohesive, engaging and beautiful digital experience.  The app included a powerful intro film showcasing the bids key messages; detailed 4D construction, and logistics, animations demonstrating a proposed build methodology; interactive 360 renders; and other key bid information.  You can see some sneak peeks of our working within our construction reel. Harry Handelsman’s of the Manhattan Loft Corporation said: “The appointment of Bouygues UK will add to the vast experience of our already top class project team. This is an important project for the regeneration of Stratford and will bring the highest quality development to the heart of the new media and financial district of London.”
