Balfour Beatty win CitizenM Job London

Balfour Beatty continue their run of recent success in the London construction market, by winning the construction contract to build the next in a rapidly expanding portfolio of CitizenM hotels in London.

The design and construction team are now on site delivering the nine storey hotel of 370 bedrooms over eight floors.

Using a blend of traditional and modular construction methods, the hotel is being constructed directly over the exit hall of the Tower Hill London Underground Station, presenting some unique issues which Balfour Beatty have used recent experience of similar circumstances to overcome.

We provided the 4D construction, logistics and phasing visualisations to help Balfour Beatty win the bid - learn more about this project here and see the section on Construction Bids for more information in general.
