College of Haringey, Enfield & NE London submit application for KSS Group-designed link building and entrance to Kingfisher House, creating additional teaching space that will enable the college to vacate an old building and find alternative uses for the land.

As part of wider plans to enhance learning in Enfield, planning approval would provide vital momentum the development of the college estate.
