24 Savile Row shortlisted for IDA Awards

Designed by EPR Architects for Terrace Hill - Urban & Civic Plc, the office (and achingly cool fashion retail) scheme at the corner of Savile Row and Conduit Street has been shortlisted  for the International Design + Architecture Awards 2015 Office Category.

Furthering long term relationships with both EPR and Terrace Hill, Preconstruct were asked to assist from the very start through to successful near-completion, providing visualisations - AVR verified views, design development CGI and marketing CGIs - at all stages of the project.

CG emulation of unique finishes provided the key challenge to creating convincing, high-end images. Several days were spent on site to shoot photography from in (many thanks to the guys at McLaren Construction for making us welcome and keeping us out of harms way) and around the site, with Stephen Pey and the team at EPR proving invaluable in assisting in getting the right finish and feel.

The project completed this week.
