Plans for Wales’ tallest building approved

Earlier in the year we completed a CGI for a tower that is set become Wales' tallest building.

Planners have now approved the 42-storey development that will stand at more than 132m (433 ft) high.  It will be built on derelict land near Customhouse Street just south of John Lewis and will house around 450 students.

Developer Watkin Jones are behind the scheme along with Rio Architects.
