Verified views help Crossrail gain planning for new homes above Woolwich Station

Crossrail has received a green light from the Royal Borough of Greenwich for Armourer’s Court, a development comprising of 400 new homes above the new Woolwich Crossrail station.

Working with architects TP Bennett, planning advisers GVA and engineers ARUP, we produced 13 verified views (8 x AVR1s and 5 x AVR3s).

The design was reviewed by Design Council CABE, for the purpose of gaining approval. The local community, including the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Greater London Authority and English Heritage, also took part in the design.
