Samsung futures

Experts predict the future, we visualise it. Creative PR CGIs and Animations.

Samsung Futures Collaborations

We teamed up with long-term collaborators Taylor Herring to create public relations CGI stills and animations for electronics giant Samsung.

This reel showcases 2 collaborations: the Samsung SmartThings campaign and the Samsung KX launch.

Samsung KX Launch

Samsung KX50

Samsung arrives at Kings Cross Station.

Taylor Herring commissioned an in-depth study to mark the launch of Samsung KX, a new experience space in Coal Drops Yard, London, celebrating 50 years of tech innovation.

To accompany the report, Preconstruct produced visualisations to bring the predictions to life.

According to six of Britain’s leading academics, drone-style air taxis and buses could transport people across cities and the daily commute could take place in the sky!

Samsung SmartThings

Our CGIs and Animations were the centrepiece for a multi-platform PR campaign for Samsung’s SmartThings UK launch.

"The product SmartThings allows people to remotely control elements within their homes, such as switching on lights, turning up the thermostat or unlocking the backdoor, all via a simple app on their phones – a lifestyle innovation which would have been considered inconceivable for most of us 25 years ago. As the product represented the dawn of ‘futuristic living’ today in the here and now, we decided to root our creative in a report looking at how we may live in the future – up to 100 years’ from now."
